The Pre-Workshop Application for Initial Applicant Schools is required for any institution seeking initial accreditation from ACCSC.



The Pre-Workshop Application for Initial Applicant Schools is required for any institution seeking initial accreditation from ACCSC, or for any institution currently accredited by another institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education that is seeking initial accreditation from ACCSC.


The Pre-Workshop Application for Initial Applicant Schools must be accepted in writing by ACCSC before the full-time on-site director or appropriate management team representative of each school seeking accreditation from ACCSC is able to register for the mandatory Accreditation Workshop which is required in order to begin the initial accreditation process.

The Pre-Workshop Application for Initial Applicant Schools must be submitted via email as one Portable Document Format ("PDF") file to preworkshopapplication@accsc.org.

In fulfilling its obligations as a recognized institutional accrediting body, ACCSC has the authority to establish eligibility criteria it deems appropriate and is under no obligation to consider or approve any pre-workshop application it receives. Based on the disclosures provided by the school in this pre-application, ACCSC reserves the right to determine a school ineligible for ACCSC-accreditation.
