ACCSC Annual Report Portal
ANNUAL REPORT PORTAL OPEN
As established in the Standards of Accreditation, the electronic submission of the 2016 ACCSC Annual Report is required for all ACCSC-accredited institutions (main schools and branch campuses) that received accreditation prior to July 1, 2016. The submission of the 2016 Annual Report is due on or before October 7, 2016.
Please note that the passwords utilized by institutions to access the 2015 Annual Report are still in effect and should be used to access the 2016 Annual Report. Passwords for schools completing the Annual Report for the first time in 2016 were emailed in early July.
It is important to note that failure to submit a complete Annual Report by the October 7, 2016 due date will result in a $750.00 late fee assessment and may result in a Commission action such as a Warning or other action as afforded to the Commission under ACCSC's Rules.
