The 2010 PDC will begin on Wednesday, September 29th with a series of optional pre-conference workshops. The conference itself will begin on Thursday, September 30th and will conclude by 12 noon on Friday October 1st. Please note that additional fees apply to attend the pre-conference workshops on September 29th Limited space is available for the pre-conference workshops.

In order to receive special sleeping room rates of $179 please make your hotel room reservations with the Ritz Carlton Philadelphia by calling 1-800-241-3333 and referencing the ACCSC Professional Development Conference. The hotel will accept reservations at this rate until September 7, 2010. However, please make your reservations early as a limited number of rooms have been reserved and are subject to sell out.

Transportation to the Hotel

By Air
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is located just under ten miles from the hotel. The airport is served by most major airlines. To get to the hotel from the airport, taxis are readily available or you can take a commercial shuttle carrier for a nominal fee.

There are three separate pre-conference workshops. In order to ensure that you have an opportunity to select an individual pre-conference workshop, you must register individuals separately as registration with multiple names does not provide an opporutunity to select a specific pre-conference workshop.
