The ACCSC Standard
On November 4, 2008, ACCSC launched The ACCSC Standard, a newly developed electronic newsletter which features reports on ACCSC initiatives and activities, industry news, information on ACCSC member schools, updates from the Commission, as well as information related to the Commission’s standards.
The Commission sees this new electronic newsletter as a way to provide meaningful information to its members in a timely manner while also ensuring the best use of its resources. ACCSC will no longer publish its bi-annual hard-copy newsletter, The Monitor, but will provide more frequent news and information updates via its new electronic newsletter. By doing so, the Commission hopes to provide the membership with timelier access to the latest information on ACCSC’s initiatives and activities. Further, the electronic format provides interactivity and links to various forms, reports and related websites highlighted in each edition.
