PAYMENT: In order to complete the registration process online, a credit card payment must be made. Please contact Michelle Ragnetti at (703) 247-4527 or by e-mail at mragnetti@accsc.org if you would prefer to pay by check. If you are paying by credit card, please note that a 3% non-refundable processing fee will be added to your total.
ENROLLMENT: Register early as space is limited to 85 participants for the ACCSC Accredited Schools Only workshops and 16 participants for the Initial Applicant Session Only workshops. The school is reminded that the full-time, on-site director or appropriate management team member of the school is required to attend both days of the accreditation workshop prior to applying for accreditation. Schools not assigned to a workshop, or who are not seeking accreditation at this time, should choose ''For Information Purposes Only'' under the ''Reason for Attendance'' section on the online registration form.
TRANSFER AND CANCELLATIONS: If you cannot attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person or cancel in writing seven days prior to the scheduled workshop. A nonrefundable $25 cancellation fee will apply. In addition, no workshop fees will be refunded if the registration is canceled less than seven days prior to the scheduled workshop.
CLOSED REGISTRATION: In the event that a workshop reaches capacity, the online workshop registration system will be closed. Interested parties may contact Michelle Ragnetti, Conference and Events Coordinator at mragnetti@accsc.org to be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, those individuals on the waiting list will be contacted in order to finalize registration.
FEES: The Accreditation Workshop fees are as follows: $550 per person for initial applicants, $450 per person for ACCSC-accredited members. All registration fees are due 14 days prior to the start of the workshop.
