Public Notice of Commission Actions

In accordance with 34 CFR Section 602.26, ACCSC provides the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education, appropriate State licensing or authorizing agencies, appropriate accrediting agencies, and the public written notice of its accrediting decisions no later than 30 days after it makes the decision.

This public notice includes ACCSC’s decisions to award initial accreditation, to renew an institution’s accreditation, to place an institution on Probation and final decisions to deny or withdraw an institution’s accreditation.
